Shopping For Yourself

I know Christmas is fast approaching and many people aren't even thinking of getting themselves a little something. It's usually what am I going to get my kids, husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, parents, friend, etc. But never yourself. Well when I go shopping I always see something I want for myself :) and nine times out of ten I always buy something for myself :) he he he

So the other day while browsing/shopping in my local department store and I came in through the lingerie department and noticed all the beautiful selection of women's underwear and then I saw the sale prices and immediately made a detour to see what they had to offer. I was pleasantly surprised and picked out a bunch of pairs some comfy ones for me and some the hubs would appreciate ;). So ladies make sure you take time for yourself and pick up something special this holiday season :)

I Tried To Be Creative

I tried to think of a style that was quick and pretty but I don't know if I succeeded LOL but I like the way it turned out it.

How I got this look:

I made flat twist all around my head, put the middle section of hair into a ponytail and then made about 5 twist and pinned all of the twists (flat twists too) into a bun.

Halloween Hairstyle

Hey ya!

I wanted to give the diva a cute festive Halloween hairstyle, so I tried to do something different, I attempted to make a ghost, now in my mind it was perfect! But when I did it looked different : / don't you hate when that happens? I posted the pic on Facebook and asked people what they thought it was I got a Jack O' Lantern, and a Mummy and at school she said someone said it looked like a sun LOL

I personally thinks it looked like a pac man ghost don't you?

So I revamped the style to make it look like a Mummy by adding more ribbon

What do you think? Does it look like a Mummy?

Bantu Knot Out

Soooo I have struggled with this style for so long I am surprised I finally got good results, this is about the 4th time I've tried it.

Then I saw Nik Star's  post and I was inspired, Thanks Nik!

I've tried it all kinds of way, big knots small knots, wet hair, dry hair, damp hair LOL

So finally I am happy :)

I did this attempt on damp hair that I wet with a spray bottle and I used Twisted Sista and Carol's Daughter Healthy Hair Butter
