Hey Guys :) I had recently received a free bottle of Essie Nail Polish in luxeffects Stroke of Brilliance from a perk that I received through Klout   I used the Essie ontop of my Avon Nailwear Pro Enamel in Empower which I purchased from my local Avon rep :) And here are the results!
