Hey Guys! So I know it's summer and it's hotter than I don't know what and I am probably crazy for making a beef stew in the middle of summer but it was so yummy and it was crock pot meal so that made it even easier! I put my concoction of ingredients together into my crock pot let it cook on high for 4-5 hours and made this!
