Sandwich supplies are a must in my household, I can’t even began to tell you how many sandwhiches are eaten on a weekly basis around my parts! Our household’s personal favorite is the classic Peanut Butter & Jelly with Banana slices made only with Jif of course, yum yum! Right now, Jif is running their Most Creative Sandwich Contest – challenging families across the country to create an original sandwich recipe that includes two tablespoons of your favorite Jif products! Parents with children ages 6-12 can submit their original sandwich for a chance to win a $25,000 college fund and a trip to New York City! I’ve gotten so many cool new recipes ideas from this contest such as this one I am dying to try out, Peanut Butter Sushi Rolls.
