Hi there :)  So I retired the twist out and decided to wear a protective style today, I left the front section out and gathered the remaining hair and wrapped a pony-o around twice then I sprayed my ends with Califia Moisturizing spray and then sealed with my Darcy's Botanical oil then I rolled them under and pinned them in placed with bobby pins. I moisturized and sealed the front section and rolled that to the side for a little swoop and pinned in place.
