Hey Guys! First let me begin with saying I didn't take any before pictures, boo! I know I suck sorry, but I promise to take some of Jalen's room so you guys can see the before and after. So this post will just be an after post of Jordyn's new room. I was given a ton of stuff by my sister and I didn't have to buy many things (I really lucked up) The colors of her room are black, white/cream, and hot pink as an accent color. Let's get started! Jordyn's old room theme was a garden/bug theme so on the walls we had those removable stickers of bugs and flowers and she has a lavender butterfly comforter set and white sheer curtains with lavender matching butterfly tie backs and curtain rods. Well hello my new little friend :)

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Cascade. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.   True Story: I've lived in my house for just about 3 years and for the first 2 and a half years I had never once opened my dishwasher. I know right?!?! Crazy, what was going through my head I have no clue. It's not like I LOVE doing dishes by hand either. Then one day my mom was visiting and I was of course at the sink scrubbing away and she asked me why didn't I just use the dishwasher. I thought about it for minute and said " Yeah, why don't I use it!" Flat Twist Out on 4a Natural Hair

Hey Guys! I decided to try a twist out on Jordyn's hair, in the past when I've tried this style I haven't been so successful woomp woomp :(   For this style I started with freshly washed and conditioned hair, I moisturized with Blended Beauty's Silk Shake and then sealed with a little Darcy's Botantical Organic Coconut & Hibiscus Conditioning Oil I made a total of 7-8 twists and let then air dry overnight     Jordyn has major shrinkage, while stretched or straightened her hair is around arm pit length but in it's natural unstretched state it's way shorter :) We pinned up the sides and left out a little side bang :) Enjoy! … [Read more...]
